JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Support the Admin Executive in coordinating with government agencies and regulatory bodies for licensing matters.
- Maintain and organize proper filing systems (physical and digital) for licenses, approvals, tenancy agreements, renewals, and submissions to relevant authorities (e.g. CKAPS, KKM, City Councils).
- Monitor and track deadlines for license renewals, document submissions, tenancy agreements, and other compliance timelines. Ensure timely reminders and escalate when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and status updates on licensing matters to be submitted to the Admin Executive or management.
- Any other duties as assigned to support the licensing and administrative functions of the company.
