  6. To monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

  7. Continuously comparison supplier and negotiates to make sure the company gets the best possible prices on needed supplies

  8. To seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices

  9. Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight

  10. Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders

  11. To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors.

  12. To manage and develop the existing and potential supplier pool and update the Approved Vendor List.

  13. To ensure how inventory is used, and adjusts purchasing habits in accord with apparent trends

  14. Ensure all Suppliers Invoice, Delivery order matching are in-order before submission to Accounts Department with fully compliance to payment procedure.

  15. To ensure procurement system in well maintain , up keep and backup data up to date

  16. To assist in develop and implement procurement system for continues improvement in purchasing control budgetary.

  17. To overlook the welfare of the Purchasing Department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
