Job Summary
A Corporate Affairs Executive typically handles internal and external communications, corporate governance, and public relations to support a company's image and relationships with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Corporate Communications
- Internal Communication: Ensure smooth communication within the organization.
- External Communication: Draft CSR/ public events.
- Crisis Communication: Assist in managing communications during a crisis or emergency, ensuring the company's reputation is protected.
2. Public Relations (PR) and Media Management
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets.
- Coordinate media inquiries and ensuring the company's message is accurately conveyed.
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Develop and manage CSR initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote sustainability efforts and community involvement.
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
4. Crisis Management
- Develop strategies to mitigate potential risks to the company's public image.
- Draft contingency plans for managing reputational risks in different scenarios.
5. Policy Development
- Help develop and implement corporate policies related to communication, governance, and ethics.
- Ensure policies are well-communicated and followed throughout the organization.
6. Government and Community Relations
- Build strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and represent the company's interests in public and governmental forums.
Job Requirement: -
- At least 2 years working experiences in quality assurance /compliance /retails and inventory.
- Working knowledge of various retails company/ operation management and law enforcement.
- Develop/Evaluate and monitor procedure/ strategies/ SOP/ documentation/ specification/ records and to ensure they are in compliance with daily practice/operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention.
- Able to travel frequently including outstation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
