We're now seeking a Finance Sr Exe. to work directly with the CEO, combining financial oversight with executive support to keep REXKL financially healthy, operationally smooth, and strategically focused

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Management

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts for REXKL.

* Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and KPI reports.

* Track tenant rental payments, sales performance, and profit-sharing where applicable.

* Handle invoicing, payment schedules, and expense tracking.

* Liaise with external accountants, tax agents, and banks.

* Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue improvement.

2. Executive & Operational Support

* Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.

* Prepare meeting briefs, financial summaries, and follow-up action items.

* Coordinate with tenants, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO.

* Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.

* Organise and prioritise tasks to ensure the CEO's focus stays on high-impact activities.

Ideal Candidate

* Background in finance/accounting with operational or administrative experience.

* Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

* Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

* Proficient with accounting software (Xero, SQL) and office tools (Google Workspace, Excel).

* Comfortable balancing finance work with day-to-day executive assistance.

* Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive information.

Compensation

* Competitive base salary based on experience.

* Performance bonus tied to financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and operational improvements.
