A Day in the LIFE

  • Support project managers and assist in the preparation, onsite and post-exhibition / event / project tasks and reporting.
  • Execute tasks within the allocated budget and timeline.
  • Input and manage data in the customer base.
  • Respond to customer and subcontractor correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare presentations, Bills of Quantity, work schedules, and work permit applications with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • Degree/Diploma students or holders in Event Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Communication or related fields
  • Required languages: English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients..
  • Frequent travel is required; owning a vehicle is recommended.
  • Demonstrate structured thinking and planning skills, ensuring methodical project execution.
  • Possess effective communication skills to foster collaboration within the team and with external partners.
  • Be a valuable team player, working with discipline, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 application and familiar with project management digital tools.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
