*Responsibilities*

  • Deliver a wide range of spa treatments with professionalism and consistency.
  • Ensure all treatment rooms, spa areas, and equipment are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Provide excellent guest service, including consultations, after-care advice, and handling guest requests or concerns.
  • Promote spa services and retail products to meet daily sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, stock usage, and daily reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Support colleagues with reception or administrative duties when required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development to maintain high treatment standards.

*Requirements*

  • International beauty therapy qualification or local equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Substantial hands-on experience in delivering face and body treatments.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented disposition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
