Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments, including facials and pedicures, and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks also involve consultation with clients, maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment, and adhering to Banyan Tree Spa's high standards of service quality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology with hands-on experience in skincare and beauty treatments
- Proficiency in performing Facials ,Body Massage and Spa Treatments
- Strong skills in Pedicures and other nail care services
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including clear communication and attentiveness
- Professional certification in spa therapy or related disciplines is preferred
- Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients
- Prior experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is an advantage
