Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Therapist in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing various spa treatments, including facials and pedicures, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa area. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and adhering to quality standards and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cosmetology and Facials
  • Experience in providing Spa Treatments and Body Massage
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is an advantage
  • Certification or relevant training in spa therapy or related field
