Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
R&D intern
to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall product development lab work. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic R&D environment focused on UHT beverage innovation. This role will be reporting to R&D Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior R&D staff in conducting experiments and trials related to product development
  • Prepare/set up/maintain equipment, ingredients, and materials for experiments following established protocols
  • Perform prototypes preparations assigned by senior R&D, conduct tests and analyses on product samples, such as sensory evaluation, pH, viscosity, and shelf-life testing
  • Support cleanliness and organization of the lab, including proper disposal of waste and cleaning of equipment
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Current student (Diploma or Degree) / recent graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
  • Meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good attitude & good work ethic: We are looking for someone who approaches challenges with a positive mindset, shows initiative, and is willing to learn and contribute to the team
