Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and innovative Food Product Development Interns to join our Food Innovation & Technology Department at Pizza Hut. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing new food and beverage products, understanding end-to-end menu innovation and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the food product development process, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, sensory evaluation and product launch preparation.
  • Collect and analyze product test data, consumer feedback and performance reports to support improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to identify new ideas for menu innovation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and the QA team to understand production processes, quality standards and shelf-life testing.
  • Support marketing and operations teams during product launches, on-ground activations and photoshoots.
  • Manage administrative duties such as documentation, filing and maintaining cleanliness in the test kitchen.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth project coordination.
