Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new product ranges and applications (cheese, cream, butter, seafood, etc.) tailored to customer needs and do business development.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and tasting sessions for B2B clients (factories, central kitchens, hotels, wholesalers).
  • Being part of the sales team with culinary expertise to drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on new product development and market trends.
  • Provide technical advice on food preparation, storage, and handling in line with industry standards.
  • Assist in product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience in culinary or food product development, preferably in distribution or foodservice industry.
  • Fresh graduate can apply
  • Strong culinary background with product presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of dairy, frozen food, or specialty ingredients is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, warehouse).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
