As a Sales Executive – HORECA / Food Service in Lactalis Trading Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Foodservice channel. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most renowned brands from a variety of countries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To execute and drive Foodservice business in Lactalis Malaysia by working closely with distributor and key Foodservice customers in Malaysia.
  2. To assist and support Assistant Sales Manager in managing Foodservice customers in trade.
  3. Build relationships with Foodservice customers.
  4. Identify and acquire new Foodservice accounts, achieve sales target by increasing sales volume and market penetration.
  5. Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals, including tracking, monitoring and execution toward company goals.
  6. Follow ups and keep track of trade operation effectiveness and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the distributor's sales team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  8. Establish good rapport with key decision makers (chefs, F&B Managers, procurement teams) to identify growth opportunities and to drive sales.
  9. Maintains good observation and report on market trends, customer needs and competition insights.
  10. Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree preferably in a business/marketing-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience Foodservice.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills.
  • Resourceful, motivated and result oriented.
  • Good team player.
  • Candidate with culinary and baking knowledge (technical knowledge) is an advantage.
