Position : HR Intern
Position Type : Contract
Role & Responsibilities
Assisting the HR Executive to update Leave and Attendance system
Assisting the HR Executive to update and maintain Employee Personal Data and File.
Assisting the HR Executive to check and monitor any HR related claims
Performing clerical task such as filing, scanning and making copies of any HR related documents
Assisting the HR Team in any other HR matters as and when required by the superior.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or any related field.
- Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Internship duration: 3 months – 9 months.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
- Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship
Job Types: Internship
Pay:
Allowance for Diploma Studies - RM800 per month
Allowance for Degree Studies - RM1000per month
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
