Responsibilities:

· Welcome, guide, and serve customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

· Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and provide table service accurately and efficiently.

· Be familiar with the menu and drink offerings to provide professional suggestions and recommendations to customers.

· Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the assigned dining area.

· Handle customer inquiries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain good teamwork with the kitchen, bar, and other colleagues.

· Perform closing cleaning duties.

Requirements:

· In good health with a neat and tidy appearance.

· Possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset; proactive and enthusiastic.

· Be a team player and able to adapt to shift work (including weekends and holidays).

· Prior restaurant service experience is preferred, but training can be provided for those without experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
