REQUIREMENTS :-

· Min. Certificate in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.

· Minimum 2 years site working experience and min 3 years in interior design.

· Language(S) : English, Bahasa Malaysia

· Computer literal (Microsoft Office /Excel, Google Sketchup is a must)

. Knowledge in MEP has added advantage.

. Possess own transport.

· Able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

· To assist Project Manager in propose interior design, project monitoring, scheduling, management, coordination on site.

· Prepare BQ, obtain quotations & finalize appointment of contractor / supplier.

· Update project status.

· Solve on-site issues.

· Able to read & understand contruction drawings.

· Able to prepare 2D / 3D design using Google Sketchup.
