Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian).Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, new listings, campaign activities, and trade plans.Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory, analyze trends, and support accurate demand forecasting.Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand activation, merchandising, and point-of-sale strategies.Lead periodic business reviews and performance presentations with retail partners.Track competitor activities and provide market insights to internal teams for strategic planning.Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery, minimize stockouts, and maintain healthy inventory levels.Support the Head of Sales in achieving overall channel sales targets and KPIs.Identify, negotiate, and onboard new pharmacy accounts to expand brand presence beyond existing major retailers.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG.Strong understanding of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.).Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Experience with fast-moving, trend-based products is an added advantage.Experience in pharmacy channel development and new account acquisition will be a strong plus.BenefitsAnnual Leave: 8 days (< 2 years of service)Medical Leave: 14 days (< 2 years of service)Full Attendance Allowance: RM100Parking Allowance: RM4 per dayCompany TripPerformance BonusStaff VouchersJob Type: Full-timePay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional developmentWork Location: In person
