Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance activities for assembly, plastic injection, and metal processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, control plans, and inspection standards in line with ISO 9001
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address customer complaints or internal rejections.
  • Conduct process audits, product audits, and system audits to ensure consistent quality across departments.
  • Review and approve First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, and validation reports from production or suppliers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability and process stability during NPI and mass production stages.
  • Analyze quality data and trends (yield, defect rate, customer returns) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support customer visits, external audits, and quality reporting.
  • Provide training to inspectors and operators on quality awareness, workmanship, and defect identification.
