This role is handling daily operations and responsible for delivering excellent

customer service and administrative assistance to residents and guests within a

building or residential complex. Acting as a key point of contact, they handle inquiries,

requests, and concerns related to the property and its facilities. The role includes

overseeing access, coordinating services, and helping maintain a secure, clean, and

welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Reception:

Greet residents and visitors for unit viewing, offer assistance, provide information, and

respond to general inquiries.

  1. Access Control

Ovesee check-in and check-out processes, verify visitor identification, and manage

property access permissions.

  1. Maintenance & Security Coordination

Report maintenance issues and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely

repairs and upkeep.

  1. Service Coordination

Arrange and monitor cleaning and housekeeping services as needed.

  1. Common Area Oversight

Ensure that shared spaces remain clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

  1. Information Support

Offer residents and guests helpful information about the property, nearby amenities, and

local events.

  1. Administrative Duties

Handle phone calls and emails, manage tenancy records, and assist with documentation

and filing.

  1. Issue Resolution

Respond to resident concerns, resolve minor issues, and escalate more serious matters to

management when necessary.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
