Bandar Sunway Selangor, Malaysia SORU GROUP SDN. BHD. Full time 20,000 - 30,000 per year

1.Penyediaan Bahan ( Preparation )

  • Menimbang, memotong, membersihkan dan menyediakan bahan mentah mengikut SOP
  • Menyediakan produk mengikut 'Work Instruction' dan pengasingan

2.Pelaksanaan Proses Memasak

  • Mengendali,Membantu Chef & Cook dalam proses memasak 'cook, mixer,cold cuts,repack'

3.Pembungkusan & Pengeluaran ( Production )

  • Membantu dalam proses batch cooking dan packing ( hotpack/chill/frozen)
  • Menimbang produk siap mengikut 'portion standard' sebelum pembungkusan
  • Memastikan produk dipindahkan ke chiller/blast chiller dalam masa ditetapkan

4.Kawalan Kebersihan & Sanitasi

  • Memastikan stesen kerja sentiasa bersih, tersusun dan mematuhi "Food Safety SOP"
  • Melaksanakan jadual pembersihan harian & mingguan ( clean-as-you-go )
  • Membersihkan peralatan selepas digunakan
  • Menggunakan apron, glove,hairnet,mask dan PPE yang diperlukan

5.Kawalan Stok & Penyimpanan

  • Memastikan bahan dilabel, disimpan dengan betul dan tidak melepasi tarikh luput
  • Melaporkan sebarang kerosakan atau kekutangan kepada penyelia

6.Quality Control ( QC )

  • Membuat semakan visual terhadap bahan mentah & produk siap
  • Menyemak rasa, tekstur, rupa mengikut standard sebelum packing ( atas arahan chef )

7.Koordinasi & Komunikasi

  • Berkomunikasi dengan Chef / Lead Cook tentang progress harian
  • Mengambil arahan dengan jelas dan memastikan tugasan disiapkan mengikut jadual
  • Membantu rakan sekerja dalam memastikan aliran pengeluaran lancar
  • Membantu rakan sekerja dalam memastikan aliran pengeluaran lancar.

8.Pemantauan Peralatan & Keselamatan

  • Menggunakan peralatan dengan selamat dan melaporkan kerosakan
  • Mematuhi SOP keselamatan dapur, suhu,minyak panas,mesin berputar dan bahan kimia.
  • Menjaga kebersihan diri & mematuhi etika kebersihan makanan

9.Dokumentasi Ringkas

  • Mengisi log suhu jika diarahkan
  • Merekod batch label atau kuantiti pengeluaran harian
  • Membantu menyediakan dokumen harian
