Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Refund Team in reviewing merchant refund requests submitted via email or system channels, ensuring accuracy before processing.
  • Help prepare and initiate single or bulk refund submissions, gaining hands-on exposure to real payment operations.
  • Support refund reconciliation by checking settlement reports, comparing data, and updating refund statuses in internal systems.
  • Contribute to customer experience by assisting with refund-related inquiries through ticketing platforms and guided calls, helping resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements: -

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in FinTech, payments, or finance.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital payments is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
