POSITION: Telemarketer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  • Introduce and promote company products or services to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer acquisition.
  • To perform other duties as assigned.

REPORTING TO: Director

Skill:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
