The Assistant Operations Admin (Express Bus) is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and operational aspects of express bus services. This role ensures that all buses, drivers, and related operations comply with regulatory requirements and company standards, supporting smooth and efficient daily service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily express bus operations, including driver schedules and trip assignments.
- Ensure all bus documentation (permits, Puspakom reports, insurance, road tax) is valid and up to date.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet status, maintenance schedules, and trip reports.
- Coordinate ticketing and scheduling with terminals and third-party partners.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
- Assist in implementing operational improvement initiatives and cost-control measures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and document filing.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems for fleet movement and compliance.
- Review and manage drivers' log books for accuracy and completeness.
- Update inventory records in the HiStore system and manage operational supplies (e.g., mineral water).
- Diploma in Business Administration, Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in transport, logistics, or express bus operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in preparing and writing operational reports in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and handle operational tasks under minimal supervision.
