Job Description:

  • Assist QA Manager on audits and checking drawings.
  • Coordinate meetings.
  • Responsible for handling customer complaints.
  • Maintain quality records.
  • Responsible on handling customer surveys and audit questionnaires.
  • Responsible for updating standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for coordination of trainings.
  • Maintain employee's training records and history for a minimum of 2 years after said employee left the company.
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing inspection reports.
  • Assist QA Manager in ensuring that all equipments are calibrated before being used.
  • Perform statistical analysis on over-all production output and in-house and customer rejects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to communicate and understand English
  • Above 2 years working experience in an industry
  • Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang
