As we expand into B2C and E-Commerce channel, we're seeking a Content Creator to help us craft engaging stories, grow our digital presence, and strengthen our brand voice.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for storytelling, social media trends, and campaign hooks
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals across all channels

2. Content Creation & Production

  • Develop engaging visual and written content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS, etc.)
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy for digital platforms
  • Shoot, edit, and produce short videos, reels, and lifestyle photography
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaign materials

3. Content Publishing & Performance

  • Upload and schedule posts according to the content calendar
  • Track engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, saves, CTR) and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Analyze performance data to optimize future content and improve audience engagement

4. Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with Marketing and E-Commerce on product launches, promotions, and events
  • Support ad-hoc creative needs such as campaign photoshoots or retail promotions
  • Stay updated on emerging content trends, tools, and social media best practices

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) — a must, as this role requires creating and localizing content for Chinese-speaking customers
  • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, CapCut, and any other editing softwares
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g.,ChatGPT or similar) to assist in idea creation, writing, or content editing
  • Interest in automotive, design, or lifestyle content is an advantage

主要职责

1. 内容策划与策略

  • 制定与营销活动及产品发布同步的每月内容日历
  • 构思富有创意的故事主题、社交媒体趋势与活动概念
  • 确保品牌在各平台上的语调与视觉风格一致

2. 内容创作与制作

  • 为社交媒体平台(如 Instagram、TikTok、Facebook、小红书等)制作吸引人的图文与视频内容
  • 撰写生动有趣的标题、文案与营销内容
  • 拍摄、剪辑短视频、Reels 及生活方式摄影作品
  • 与市场营销团队合作执行品牌活动与宣传素材制作

3. 内容发布与成效分析

  • 按照内容日历上传与排程发布内容
  • 追踪互动数据(浏览量、点赞、分享、收藏、点击率等),并制作每月绩效报告
  • 分析内容表现,优化未来发布策略,提升受众互动率

4. 协作与支持

  • 与市场营销及电子商务团队紧密合作,支持产品发布、促销与活动
  • 协助拍摄、零售推广等临时创意项目
  • 持续关注最新的内容趋势、工具及社交媒体最佳实践

任职要求
  • 市场营销、大众传播、多媒体或相关专业文凭或学士学位
  • 至少 1 年内容创作、数码营销或社交媒体管理经验
  • 精通英文、马来文及中文(书写与口语) —— 此职位需为华语客户创作与本地化内容
  • 具备优秀的创意写作及视觉叙事能力
  • 熟练使用 Canva、CapCut 或其他编辑软件
  • 熟悉并能运用 AI 工具(如 ChatGPT 等) 协助构思创意、撰写文案或编辑内容
  • 对汽车、美学或生活方式类内容有浓厚兴趣者优先
