About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at DD Glass Sdn Bhd. Based in Skudai Johor, this is a full-time position where you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base across the region. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies to promote our high-quality glass products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales
  5. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalise on them
  6. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and showcase our products
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the glass or construction industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
  3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
  5. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software, social media platforms, and data analysis tools
  6. Passionate about the glass industry and committed to staying up-to-date with market trends and innovations
  7. A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
