ADMIN Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office documents and records
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and orders
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good command of English, with basic knowledge of [other relevant languages, if necessary]
- A proactive and responsible attitude
- Experience is not required; training will be provided
- Must have own transportation
