Your Responsibilities

• Define and Drive B2B Product Strategy: Set and execute the product vision and roadmap for B2B solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Enhance Product Development & Address Pain Points: Identify critical product challenges through data-driven insights and customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Track KPIs and Optimise Performance: Utilise analytics to monitor product performance, measure success against key metrics, and iterate based on market trends and user feedback.
• Stakeholder Communication & Go-to-Market Coordination: Communicate complex ideas clearly to leadership and stakeholders, and work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful feature launches.

Key Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in full product lifecycle management for software products, including strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Mandatory Industry Experience: Proven track record in fintech, financial institutions, and payment industries-experience in payment solutions is a must.
• Strategic, Technical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to formulate product strategy, analyse KPIs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while collaborating across engineering, UI/UX, marketing, and sales teams.
