Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Packing parcel, stock take, labelling stock.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Upload new product promptly, keep product listing, store banner attractive.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
  • Understanding company products and brand.
  • General office duties.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in Administration.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
