Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Packing parcel, stock take, labelling stock.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Upload new product promptly, keep product listing, store banner attractive.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
- Understanding company products and brand.
- General office duties.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in Administration.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
Experience:
