Job Title: Project Coordinator / QAQC Supervisor (Architecture)

Location: Project-Based Allocation

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

About the role

We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Project Site Coordinator / QAQC Supervisor Architecture to join our team at Heng Jian Industrial Construction Sdn Bhd. As a full-time employee based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and quality assurance of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
  2. Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) inspections to identify and resolve any non-conformities
  3. Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all site activities, inspections, and test results
  5. Provide guidance and support to the construction team to ensure work is completed to the highest standards
  6. Assist in the preparation of progress reports, project documentation, and other relevant materials

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Site Coordinator or QAQC Supervisor in the construction industry
  2. Strong understanding of construction project management, quality control, and safety procedures
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and industry standards
  7. Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
