About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our high-achieving team This role handles requests from law enforcement and government authorities across multiple jurisdictions. You will attend to official government authorities requests and advise clients in relation to legal related matters. The right candidate will be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to official information requests and orders received from global law enforcement agencies and government authorities in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Conduct thorough case reviews to ensure each request meets applicable legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements prior to disclosure.
  • Monitor and assess potential risks or policy breaches arising from information disclosure or data handling, escalating where appropriate.
  • Coordinate internally with internal teams to identify, validate, and compile relevant account or transactional data.
  • Attend to regulatory compliance issues and legal related inquiries received from different countries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with law enforcement agencies and provide necessary information to the official government authorities.
  • Assist and gather information for In house counsel in relation to litigation cases and other legal related matters.
  • Provide input on regulatory trends and enforcement developments to support the company's compliance readiness and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide assistance and advise clients in relation to legal related issues.

Requirements:

  • Recognized law degree from a reputable university.
  • Bilingual: Chinese and English are necessary
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Highly adaptable and able to navigate in a fast-paced and demanding 'start-up' environment.
  • Cultural awareness and experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory change
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment.
