OPENING FOR LAW FIRM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT
Location: KL (Dutamas) / Penang (Pulau Tikus) [ full-time in-office role ONLY ]
Requirements: SPM+
Language: Fluent written & spoken BM & English compulsory
Skills & Experience Required:
1-2 years experience in a law firm, accounting firm or company secretarial firm
Efficient and quick work
Attention to detail and careful
High respect for confidentiality
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Assisting Office Manager with tasks
Assisting lawyers and legal clerks with legal clerical matters
Assisting administrative manager with daily office administration
Assisting company secretary with file management and communications
