Position: Admin Assistant Cum Receptionist

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, 1 saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage front desk activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, courier, and basic correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in administration is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
