We are a dynamic financial services company looking for Data Analyst, to play pivotal roles in handling our data platform more meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial product operation data; establish and maintain data monitoring systems.
  • Monitor and track business performance indicators: according to company strategy and stage goals, adjust business assessment requirements efficiently, break them down to individuals, set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, and monitor progress to ensure achievement.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (formulas/pivot tables/charts) to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and regularly deliver business analysis reports.
  • Build data analysis models based on business needs; identify operational issues through data mining and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and systems such as data warehouses and Power BI for efficient data output.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Actuarial Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related fields (from an accredited university).
  • Advanced Excel user, must be proficient in complex formula combinations (Power pivot/power query/XLOOKUP, etc.); familiar with SQL or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with big data analysis, SQL, or Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong execution ability, good team player, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial services or trading operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical/numerical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
