Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the improvement of product quality, supplier performance and quality management system.
  • Drive improvement activities through the implementation of various corrective and preventive action activities
  • To ensure all products meet quality standards and as per customer requirements
  • Involve in supplier audit, process audit and product audit
  • Establish all the quality procedures to ensure all activities are compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 and customers standard.
  • Provide quality engineering support to production and ensure conformance to customer specifications and requirements
  • To assist superior to meet departmental KPI
  • Liaise with sub-contractors/vendors/customers with regards to quality feedback

Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Quality Development of Automotive parts manufacturing or related field
  • Good analytical skills and ability to identify, solve problems & knowledge in product analysis
  • Knowledgeable in SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA & Lean Sigma is preferable
  • A self-motivated team player to work independently and good communication in report writing skills
  • Willing to work in Tanjung Malim Area
