A leading Shipping & Logistics service provider in Malaysia since 2003.

Position: Sales Executive / Officer (Fresh graduate or No Exp Welcome)

Company: Shipping & Logistic (one stop Solution)

Working Location: George Town, Penang

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm)

Salary: Basic up to RM3,000 (based on Experience) + Commission

Reimbursement: Petrol (reload card), Toll, Phone

Benefit:  AL + MC + HL + ML+ Insurance coverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to foster trust and business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive promotion of the company's logistics solutions, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Prepare precise and competitive quotations by applying sound logistics planning and cost analysis.
  • Assess client needs thoroughly and deliver customized logistics solutions aligned with operational goals.
  • Formulate and execute strategies that improve customers' supply chain performance and overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the company's service offerings and market developments within the logistics and shipping sector.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Business or related.
  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding, or a related field will be advantages.
  • Welcome No Experience or Fresh Graduate.
  • Manage relationships with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth shipment processes; strong communication skills are essential.
  • Mandarin Speaking will be advantages.
