JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be meticulous in figures and proficient in data extraction.
  • Responsible in proficient data extraction and ensure generation of reports are without error
  • Able to analyse Data extracted for correct reporting.
  • Assists in the documentation control for ISO and ISO processes
  • Adhered to policies and procedures set.
  • Assisting in ad hoc report/projects.
  • Able to provide feedback on potential process improvements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

Education Level:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field

Working Experience:

  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience in related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Special Knowledge / Skill:

  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and willing to receive constructive feedback well
  • Strong work ethics and a deep sense of commitment
  • Good planning and process analytical skills
