As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Lead Consultant to drive successful delivery and client satisfaction.

About the Role

The Lead Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, from requirement analysis to Go-Live. You will work closely with clients to design scalable business solutions, manage project scope and timelines, conduct internal tests, lead UAT, and ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
  • Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.
  • Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.
  • Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
  • Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.
  • Prepare presentation slides in English or another specific language if required.
  • Prepare MoM in English or another specific language if required.
  • Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small- to medium-sized projects.
  • Develop and coach your subordinates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ERP Odoo implementation.
  • Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
  • Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.
  • Work Authorization Requirement:
    Candidates must have valid work authorization in Malaysia to be considered for this position.

  • Experience in communicating across internal and external organizations
  • Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies
