We are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee account management and lead a team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic direction to the team. An ideal candidate for the role should come from the B2B sector with a strong business development mindset.

Your new role

  • Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to achieve growth and sales targets.
  • Set objectives, coach, and monitor team performance.
  • Implement effective funnel management and maintain accurate CRM pipelines.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand account coverage and strengthen market presence.
  • Understand the client needs to deliver tailored solutions and generate new business opportunities.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to gain market insights and industry intelligence.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Motivate and develop the account team through training and guidance.
  • Drive opportunities to close with structured plans and collaborate with internal teams to grow revenue streams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field.
  • It comes from a strong B2B background and foundation.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, account management, and team management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Solid business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
