What this role is all about
As a Mid‑market Account Executive, you'll drive new business within our SMB / Tier 2 segment, reporting directly to the Chapter Lead. You'll work a defined list of target accounts, selling Infobip's products and services and proactively recommending solutions that support customers' growth. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partners to win new logos, grow revenue, and keep our CRM up to date so the team has clear visibility into your pipeline and progress.
What you'll do
Qualify inbound and outbound leads within the mid‑market / SMB segment and drive them through to successful closure.
Sell a defined subset of Infobip products and services directly, or via partners, to a targeted list of Tier 2 accounts in your squad or territory.
Engage internal specialists when needed (e.g. solutions, product, partners) to shape compelling solutions and support complex deals.
Develop solution proposals and value‑based pitches that address customer needs across the full application and use‑case.
Manage your sales cycle through accurate forecasting, account planning, and requesting the right resources at the right time.
Lead the development, presentation, and negotiation of value propositions, pricing, and contractual terms to close new business.
Collaborate with Mid‑market Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships, cross‑sell where relevant, and support complex renegotiations.
What makes you a strong fit
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the technology or SaaS/telecom sector.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in new business acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to penetrate small and midsize enterprises, build relationships, and engage multiple stakeholders within an account.
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
Clear, confident communication, negotiation, and closing skills with both prospects and existing customers.
Comfortable working with CRM tools to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep account information up to date.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
