Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Coach at Anytime Fitness Malaysia, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Head Coach will be responsible for day-to-day gym operations, leading and motivating gym members, developing and implementing fitness programs, overseeing personal training sessions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Additionally, the Head Coach will provide support in sales, marketing, and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fitness training, personal training, and group fitness classes
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute fitness programs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of fitness sales and marketing is a plus
  • Certification in fitness training or relevant field is preferred
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
