About the Role
We are looking for a PMO Intern to support the Project Management Office in daily business and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, tasks, and progress updates
- Support preparation of reports, meeting materials, and documentation
- Coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Help with administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations
- Perform basic data entry and analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Able to join us immediately for a duration of 3 to 6 Months
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
