Social Media Executive

Role Summary:
Supports the social media team in planning, publishing, and reporting on content across platforms. Assists in scheduling posts, compiling performance reports, and keeping up
with platform trends. Works closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
1) Context Execution & Scheduling: to manage daily content publishing across all brand platform
- Schedule and publish approved content on all relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensure captions, tags, and visual formats follow brand and platform guidelines.
- Maintain daily content calendars and ensure all posts are published as planned.
- Double-check accuracy, grammar, and tagging before posting.
- Coordinate with Creative and Account Management teams to ensure content readiness before deadlines.
2) Community & Page Management: to maintain active, engaging, and brand-aligned social channels
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions, responding according to brand tone and guidelines.
- Escalate customer complaints, PR issues, or crises immediately
- Engage positively with audiences to build authentic brand connections.
- Identify and flag opportunities for reactive or trending content.
3) Performance Monitoring & Insights: to track social metrics and support data-driven improvement
- Compile weekly/monthyl reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Identify high-performing content and surface learnings to the Social Media Manager.
- Support in A/B testing copy, format, or posting times.
- Provide observations on audience behaviour or emerging platform trends.
4) Internal Collaboration & Improvement: to maintain communication and workflow efficiency
- Attend all social/content team meetings and WIP sessions.
- Update trackers and calendars regularly for team visibility.
- Support ad-hoc social research or competitor tracking.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in collaboration.
