Position: Sales Executive

Location:  12A, Jalan Trompet 33/8, Seksyen 33, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: RM Commission + Allowances


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate new sales leads.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (experience may substitute for formal education).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (oil and gas/industrial / hardware / engineering products are preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required. (petrol allowance provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
