We are currently seeking a Reservation & Revenue Manager specializing in revenue analysis preferably in Hospitality Industry to join our revenue team.

The Reservation & Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize revenue generation and involve in the day to day general administration of the revenue department.

  • To Coordinate with the property and management if there are any issues with connectivity or changes in payment mode etc.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior, affecting revenue.
  • Conduct daily rate shop to ensure parity
  • Prepare monthly Market Segment reports and OTA performance report
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for senior management to support strategic decision making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Check daily on booking pace and inform RM on dates that enable the property to yield
  • Communicate selling strategies to the reservation team and front office colleagues.
