•Gain deep insights into the market and customer needs by understanding theirspecific requirements and offering customized logistics solutions to supporttheir future growth. • Initiate and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and buildlong -term partnerships. • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to upholdtrust and ensure ongoing business relationships. • Participate actively in local country meetings and discussions to obtaindirect insights into ​customer expectations and operational challenges. • Retain current business by meeting financial and volume objectives whileensuring consistent and sustainable growth. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the company'sservices and solutions within the SAO region and extending outreach to globalmarkets. • Formulate and execute strategic plans for customer retention and new businessdevelopment across all Key Accounts. • Work closely and collaboratively with both internal teams and external partnersacross various regions to ensure customer expectations are fulfilledefficiently. • Manage and deliver customer projects successfully and on time, ensuringaccuracy and alignment with overall business goals.Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related discipline (advanced degrees are a plus). • More than 10 years of experience in Key Account Management within thelogistics industry, with a strong background in developing logistics solutionsor similar roles. • Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry, including freightforwarding, contract logistics, and land transportation services. • Strong strategic and problem -solving abilities, with a proven track record ofresolving complex business challenges. • Skilled in financial analysis, pricing models, and cost control practices. • Able to perform well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlineswithout compromising quality. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team, and acrossvarious departments to achieve business goals. • Excellent team collaboration, adaptability, and proactive mindset in afast -paced environment. • Proven expertise in managing relationships with internal teams and externalpartners. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a talent for craftinginnovative logistics solutions. • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with asolid grasp of customer business needs. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. • A history of successfully acquiring new business and maintaining long -termcustomer relationships.
