About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Cum Accounts professional to join our vibrant team at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation by managing a range of human resources and accounting responsibilities.

  • Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd do have HQ office is located next to Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  3. Administering payroll, benefits, and other HR-related programs
  4. Handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
  5. Providing administrative support to the management team as required
  6. Continuously improving HR and accounting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Cum Accounts role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, payroll processing, and accounting principles
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, accounting software, and HR information systems
  5. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  6. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
