  • Located in Johor

    You will report to the HR manager, and work with a lean team of 5 people within the HR team

    about the role

    You will work an end-to-end HR generalist and admin role, as follows:

    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate onboarding & offboarding and ensure all the necessary documentations are in proper order.
    • Keep track of staff accommodationsâ rental agreements & renewal.
    • Keep track of staff contract expiry and ensure contract renewal on timely manner.
    • Maintain systematic HR data and records including e-P files.
    • Manage employee benefit programs, including insurance, leave, etc.

      You will come with up to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
