Pick up phone call and reply WhatsApp Message (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone ordering, customer enquiry etc.) .Prepare and issue Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note and related documentation.Assist in the coordination of delivery.Assist in After-sales-serviceEnsure customer's payment is made within stipulated timingHandle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filling system, documentation and recordsAssist any ad hoc task instructed by company/management
Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level or equivalentAt least 2 years of related experience will be an advantageAble to work in a teamPerform responsibilities with minimum supervisionSelf-motivatedGood interpersonal and communication skillsAlertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-tasking abilities and accountabilityAble to meet tight deadlineProficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCount system will be an advantage
