Technical Proficiency

  • Stay updated on the latest audio-video technologies and trends to recommend improvements.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and projects.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project objectives.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination

  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for event-related services, such as AV equipment and catering.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to quality standards.

Budget Management

  • Create and manage budgets for events and projects, tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of all event and project activities, expenses, and resources.
  • Generate post-event and project reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in event planning, project management, and social media management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio-video systems, video editing, and post-production software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for project management and social media.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event marketing and promotion techniques.
