We are currently looking for a SFE Manager (SEA) for a pharma MNC that has a legacy of over 47 years. This position requires your urgent attention.

  • Reporting to: Commercial Excellence Lead
  • Location: Kuala Lumpur

    the role

    • Lead and manage Sales Force Effectiveness function by developing and implementing a robust sales force effectiveness framework to govern all sales force effectiveness activities
    • Drive active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/targeting, etc
    • Implement segmentation & targeting process and ensure targeting effectiveness for sales force.
    • Implement, monitor and develop sales capability measurement tools. Track and share the result with leadership team and help them identify areas for capability improvement.


      the experience

      • Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, science, IT, or relevant field.
      • 4-6 years of relevant SFE experience in pharma or consumer healthcare business.
      • Leadership and people management experience are preferable
      • Ability to influence and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders
